Tax Senior

• Prepare and review various types of tax returns, including partnership, S-corp, C-corp, individual, trust, and estate filings
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide guidance on tax compliance and planning strategies
• Act as a mentor and leader to entry-level staff, supporting their growth and development
• Handle correspondence with tax authorities regarding notices and inquiries
• Conduct thorough tax research and stay updated on changes in federal and state tax laws
• Collaborate with clients to ensure accurate and timely filing of tax documents
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
• Assist in identifying tax-saving opportunities and strategies for clients
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and deadlines

• CPA license is required
• At least five to seven years of tax experience
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple client engagements effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing various types of tax returns, including partnership, individual, and corporate filings
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
• Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
• Proven ability to mentor less experienced team members and provide leadership
