Tax Senior

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships in compliance with applicable regulations
• Handle and review tax extensions to ensure timely submissions
• Evaluate initial estimates for federal and state income tax payments
• Assist in the preparation and review of detailed tax accounting records
• Collaborate with business clients to maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including entering transactions, reconciling bank statements, and posting journal entries
• Process annual Form 1099 filings for clients
• Draft and review response letters to taxing authorities addressing inquiries and issues
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the year
• Supervise, train, and mentor entry-level team members to enhance their skills and productivity
• Apply extensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Finance or Accounting)
• CPA/EA/ProAdvisor a+++
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience
• Experience with Intuit products and MS Office preferred
