Job Responsibility:

Plan, supervise and review corporate, partnership and individual tax return engagements
Identify and research complex tax issues and collaborate with team members to provide solutions
Stay current on IRS Regulations and the impact on clients
Provide timely performance feedback on projects
Mentor and training of professional staff
Generate, cultivate and manage business development opportunities

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in tax and accounting
CPA license required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple projects/task on a timely basis while monitoring time spent
Proficient knowledge of CCH Axcess Tax, CCH Engagement, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks is preferred
