Job Responsibility

  • Prepare, review, and validate tax forms and associated documentation for timely submission
  • Ensure all filings adhere to federal and state tax compliance standards and are fully supported by accurate data
  • Analyze financial records and tax data to verify completeness and identify inconsistencies
  • Flag and escalate discrepancies, missing details, or compliance concerns to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Support team quality control efforts by reviewing and mentoring less experienced colleagues
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and corrective measures clearly in both written and verbal forms
  • Stay current with evolving tax regulations, filing requirements, and best practices

Requirements

  • Active tax certification and proven experience in U.S. tax preparation and filing
  • Strong expertise in reviewing and quality checking tax returns and documentation
