Job Description:

The Tax & Reporting, Treasury Manager Is To Ensure Timely And Accurately Of The Financial Reporting As Per PepsiCo's Accounting Policies And Local Accounting Standards. Ensure The Business Is Satisfying All Its Tax Obligations In Accordance With The Law/Regulations And Effective Manage The OCF And Cashflow For The Company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and ensure the Book closing process in HFM of Vietnam Foods timely and accurately
  • Review GL reports, Chart of Account in the system
  • Monthly inform reporting timeline and resolve issues
  • Prepare monthly ad-hoc financial reports
  • Manage annual BU/regions reporting package
  • Review consolidated BS and organize monthly BS review
  • Liaison with External Auditor
  • Prepare related Finance policy and procedures
  • Lead GCS agenda
  • Review and ensure tax reports accurately and timely
  • Advise and update on tax regulations
  • Liaison with Tax Department
  • Review Transfer Pricing document
  • Liaison with Regional Treasury Department for effective cashflow
  • Manage cash-in and cash-out
  • Manage borrowing/capital structure

Requirements:

  • University graduation, major in Finance and Accounting
  • 5-7 years of experience in finance & accounting with at least 3 years in a managerial role (preferably in FMCG companies)
  • Demonstrated financial knowledge of analysis, evaluation, forecasting, and decision making
  • Good knowledge in US GAAP, VAS and tax laws/regulations
  • Knowledge and experiences in ERP system (SAP, HFM)
  • Chief Accountant Certificate

Nice to have:

Qualified ACCA is preferable
