Job Responsibility

  • Preparing and/or reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns
  • Conducting tax research and advising clients on tax planning strategies
  • Leading or supporting client engagements and coordinating with internal teams
  • Mentoring junior staff and contributing to team development
  • Engaging in meaningful projects that make a difference

Requirements

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA or EA certification (or working toward certification)
  • Experience preparing and/or reviewing tax returns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of current federal, state, and local tax laws
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Experience with tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, QuickBooks, etc.) is a plus
