We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and adaptable Tax Processor to join our team. This individual will be responsible for processing tax returns, coordinating billing, and providing administrative support to the firm as directed by management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide administrative support to the firm as required by management and partners
  • Process tax returns with heavy due dates in Mar/Apr and Sept/Oct, ensuring continuous processing throughout the year
  • Answer incoming phone calls, assist in making and maintaining appointments, and respond to internal and external emails
  • Retain documents through scanning, copying, and utilizing internal document retention resources
  • Generate invoices in accordance with the Firm’s billing policies
  • Demonstrate competency in technical skills, work quality, and application of professional and firm standards
  • Communicate effectively with management and peers
