Tax Partner

• Leading and developing a portfolio of tax clients, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory support
• Acting as the senior tax adviser to business owners, corporate groups and private clients
• Delivering strategic advisory work across areas such as restructures, transactions, succession planning, remuneration planning, and profit extraction
• Providing specialist input on complex matters, with scope to develop international or cross-border services where relevant
• Identifying tax planning opportunities and delivering practical, commercial solutions
• Developing new business through referrals, networking and collaboration across the wider firm
• Supporting and mentoring senior tax colleagues, promoting technical excellence and consistent client service
• Working closely with other Partners and Directors to deliver joined-up advisory solutions
• Contributing to tax strategy, service development and long-term growth plans

• CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Extensive senior-level tax experience within a UK practice environment
• Strong advisory experience in corporate tax, mixed tax, or a recognised specialist area
• Commercially driven, with a track record of developing clients and winning work
• Credibility at senior leadership level and enjoy building lasting client relationships
• Confident collaborating across service lines to deliver holistic client support
• Ideally have some experience of international or cross-border tax (highly desirable, not essential)
• Motivated to help shape and grow a modern tax function
