Job Description

This is a unique opportunity for a senior-level tax professional with significant Private Client Services experience. Our client is looking for a seasoned tax professional who has worked with ultra-high-net-worth clients. This is a client-facing leadership role with significant growth and wealth-creating opportunities for the incoming Tax Partner. This Partner will be both strategic and tactical. The partner will help guide the practice in its expansion of services and clientele. The Partner will mentor, train, hire, and build a world-class private client services tax team. Job Responsibility

  • Personal, fiduciary, foundation, gift, and estate Tax compliance and consulting
  • Navigate the complexities of each of their individual tax strategies, challenges, and provide solutions
  • Manage, develop, and grow a team
  • Act as a High Net Worth Tax Subject Matter Expert

Requirements

  • CPA
  • Private Client Services experience dealing with ultra-high net worth tax clientele for 10+ years
  • Engagement management experience
  • Experience interfacing with High Net Worth Individuals and Families
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills – verbal & written
  • Ability to manage, grow, and mentor a team
  • Must be a Leader
