Job Description:

A leading regional public accounting firm is seeking a Tax Manager to join their Spartanburg office. This is a new role created due to growth with partner-track opportunity and accelerated timeline.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage flow-through entity tax work (S Corps, partnerships, individuals)
Serve as the first point of contact for tax clients across multiple offices
Mentor and develop junior staff while supporting firm growth initiatives

Requirements:

CPA license Required
5–10+ years of public accounting tax experience
Strong flow-through expertise
Proven leadership ability and desire for career progression to Partner

Nice to have:

trusts/estates/gift tax experience
