Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Tax Manager to lead our client's corporate tax operations in a global, fast-paced environment. This role involves managing U.S. and international tax compliance while driving strategic initiatives to ensure regulatory adherence and process efficiency. Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee compliance for federal, state, and international tax requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage filings for income, sales & use, excise, and property taxes across multiple jurisdictions
  • Prepare and support the annual income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740 standards
  • Develop and maintain transfer pricing compliance, including intercompany documentation and related analyses
  • Collaborate with external advisors to ensure foreign subsidiaries meet local tax regulations
  • Address and resolve tax audits, inquiries, and notices from domestic and international authorities
  • Work closely with accounting, finance, legal, and operations teams to address tax-related matters
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and provide proactive recommendations on risks and opportunities
  • Implement process improvements and maintain strong internal controls to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate tax management or a related field
  • Expertise in preparing annual income tax provisions and corporate tax compliance
  • Proficiency with tax compliance software, including ATX Tax Software
  • Strong knowledge of corporate income tax, excise tax, sales & use tax, and property tax regulations
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external advisors
  • Experience working in a global, cross-border business environment
