Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive, hands-on public accounting experience, with a strong background in complex tax files and technical memorandum writing
  • CPA designation, along with the completion (or near completion) of an advanced specialized tax program or Master’s in Taxation
  • A trusted-advisor mindset with a proven ability to grasp complex business structures and deliver tailored tax guidance
  • Strong organizational skills to confidently balance competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • A growth-oriented mindset focused on continuous learning and making a measurable impact
  • An analytical thinker who can seamlessly translate intricate tax legislation into practical, actionable insights for clients and peers
