Requirements
4+ years of progressive, hands-on public accounting experience, with a strong background in complex tax files and technical memorandum writing
CPA designation, along with the completion (or near completion) of an advanced specialized tax program or Master’s in Taxation
A trusted-advisor mindset with a proven ability to grasp complex business structures and deliver tailored tax guidance
Strong organizational skills to confidently balance competing priorities and tight deadlines
A growth-oriented mindset focused on continuous learning and making a measurable impact
