Tax Manager

• Prepare and review annual income tax provisions in compliance with ASC 740
• Manage corporate tax return processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee the preparation and review of detailed work papers for tax compliance
• Collaborate with external firms to support year-end tax requirements and transfer pricing adjustments
• Utilize NetSuite and SAP to analyze trial balances and journal entry details
• Create and maintain linked Excel workbooks to support quarterly tax provisions
• Coordinate with co-sourced teams to streamline tax-related operations
• Conduct research and provide insights on ad hoc tax matters
• Ensure compliance with domestic C-corp tax regulations and reporting requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in tax management roles
• Proficiency in preparing annual income tax provisions under ASC 740 standards
• Demonstrated expertise in corporate tax returns and compliance processes
• Familiarity with accounting software such as NetSuite and SAP
• Advanced skills in Excel, including workbook linking and referencing
• Experience working with publicly traded companies and managing C-corp tax obligations
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to handle complex tax matters

Knowledge of transfer pricing adjustments and related regulations is a huge plus
