Job Responsibility

Create and utilize financial and logistical reports to prepare and file federal, state, and local tax documents accurately
Develop and implement tax strategies that align with the company's business goals
Conduct research to develop tax-saving strategies and identify tax savings in prospective and recurring business deals
Maintain and update the company's tax database regularly
Assess and research complex tax issues using internal revenue code, tax regulations and relevant case law
Prepare for audits and collaborate with auditors to reach an agreement on contested issues or deficiencies
