Job Description:

We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Tax Intermediate Analyst based in Mumbai India. In this role, you’re expected to manage the controls function for the Tax Information reporting (TIR) team, have an understanding of IRS and CRS regulations, review the completeness and accuracy of work performed, and migrate information reporting work to TIR Mumbai. Candidates should ideally hold a degree and have knowledge or experience in control assessment, audit and migrations, and processes such as 1099, 1042-s, FATCA and CRS.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the controls function for the Tax Information reporting (TIR) team and cover all the lines of businesses supported by the team
Review the completeness and accuracy of the work performed and review the process to streamline the same from controls perspective working closely with stakeholders across functions and locations
Migrate information reporting work from various sub-units within the Business Line or other TIR locations into TIR Mumbai

Requirements:

Understanding of the IRS and CRS regulations specifically for due diligence, withholding and reporting
Understanding of QI requirements would be a plus
Review the completeness and accuracy of the work performed and review the process to streamline the same from controls perspective working closely with stakeholders across functions and locations
Migrate information reporting work from various sub-units within the Business Line or other TIR locations into TIR Mumbai
MCA, control assessment
Audit and Migrations
Process knowledge of 1099, 1042-s, FATCA and CRS
Form validation & reporting
Degree holder
