6–10+ years of Public Accounting experience or In House Fund Accounting
Strong fund accounting, financial reporting, and investor reporting experience
Experience with partnership tax reporting, K-1 coordination, and alternative investments
Ability to manage audits and work with external providers
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
CPA preferred, not required

Job Responsibility

Lead fund accounting and financial reporting across alternative investment structures
Oversee NAV reporting, capital activity, allocations, and investor reporting
Coordinate audits, K-1 processes, and fund-level reporting
Partner with fund administrators and external providers to ensure accurate reporting
Support accounting across complex multi-entity structures
Improve reporting processes, controls, and workflows
Collaborate with finance, legal, operations, and investment teams
