Job Description

We need a Tax-Free Retirement Financial Services Specialist to help clients plan for retirement using indexed universal life (IUL) policies and other tax-advantaged strategies. This role involves conducting financial consultations, educating clients about wealth-building options, and assisting them in choosing plans tailored to their retirement goals. This is a remote, commission-based role with full training provided.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct virtual client meetings to understand retirement goals
  • Present and explain tax-free retirement options, including IUL products
  • Assist with applications, follow-ups, and policy delivery
  • Maintain contact with clients and provide periodic reviews
  • Stay current on insurance products, tax law impacts, and retirement planning trends

Requirements

  • Life insurance license
  • Strong communication, organizational, and consultative selling skills
  • Interest in financial planning and retirement strategies
  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule

Nice to have

Previous financial services or sales experience is helpful but not required
