Job Description:

As a Tax Director, you will play a crucial role in managing the Group's external tax advisors, overseeing tax compliance, and developing tax strategies to optimize the Group's tax position. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring accurate and timely review and/or preparation of all tax returns. You will also conduct research and analysis on tax regulations and changes, evaluating their impact on the Group and advising on tax implications.

Job Responsibility:

Managing the Group's external tax advisors
Overseeing tax compliance
Developing tax strategies to optimize the Group's tax position
Ensuring accurate and timely review and/or preparation of all tax returns
Conducting research and analysis on tax regulations and changes
Evaluating impact of tax changes on the Group
Advising on tax implications
Coordinating and preparing transfer pricing documentation
Preparing, maintaining, and implementing tax structures in line with corporate tax strategy and policies
Reviewing financial reports
Monitoring revenue and expenditure trends
Ensuring accuracy of tax provisions to optimize the Group's tax position

Requirements:

Recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, ICAEW or equivalent)
At least 15 years' experience in regional tax functions, preferably in the real estate or infrastructure industry
Strong tax knowledge
Excellent attention to detail
Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience working in an international company with cross-functional and multi-national teams
Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
