Job Description:

This is an immediate opportunity to join a dynamic organization and lead the development of efficient tax processes. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by developing and leading tax strategies for a rapidly expanding organization.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage all aspects of sales and use tax compliance across multiple states and international jurisdictions
Implement and optimize efficient tax processes to streamline compliance and reporting
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local tax regulations while minimizing risk and maximizing efficiencies
Evaluate, implement, and enhance tax technology and systems to improve accuracy and efficiency
Partner with internal stakeholders and external advisors to support business growth and expansion
Lead and mentor a tax team, providing strategic guidance and fostering a high-performance culture

Requirements:

10+ years of overall tax experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
Multi-state sales and use tax experience is required
Strong proficiency in tax systems and technology to drive automation and efficiency
CPA or other relevant certifications strongly preferred
MST, MBA, or other advanced degrees preferred
