Job Description:

Our client a Wealth Administration firm based in Greenwich, CT is adding to their team. This role works closely with the Family Office Services and offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage high-net-worth tax strategies, oversee partnership taxation, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. If you are an experienced and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional tax solutions, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and oversee tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and partnerships
Provide expert guidance on complex tax strategies to optimize client outcomes
Lead the preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns
Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
Develop and implement effective tax policies and procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to address tax-related issues and provide recommendations
Mentor and support entry-level team members to build a strong, cohesive team

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax management, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals and partnerships
Proficiency in accounting software systems, including CCH ProSystem Fx and CaseWare
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations
Experience with annual income tax provisions and auditing processes
Familiarity with entity formation and compliance requirements
CPA certification or equivalent is highly preferred
