Job Description:

We're looking for a Tax Director who can continue to shape our global tax function and make a real impact. This isn't just about managing compliance—it's about helping us make smarter, data-driven decisions and strengthening the financial processes that set us up for long-term success. You'll oversee tax strategy, lead R&D tax credit claims, and collaborate closely with teams across the business.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for global tax planning and related transfer pricing systems and processes
Work cross-functionally to manage R&D Tax Credit claims
Manage income tax calculation and tax-effect accounting
Tax compliance (including sales tax, fringe benefit tax) and governance in each territory we operate
Assistance with M&A tax related activities

Requirements:

Extensive experience in tax working in high-growth companies operating globally in the technology or SaaS sector
A 'get things done' approach
ability to dissect problems, identity solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy and in a cost-effective manner
A team-first mentality and communication skills that allow you to influence others at all levels and functions within the organization to rally behind shared business goals
Keen attention to detail and a data-driven approach to ensure accuracy and drive informed decisions
Intellectual curiosity and a passion for leveraging technology, including AI, to drive process improvements in tax compliance, planning, and reporting

Nice to have:

Proven track record of using technology or AI tools for tax research, data analysis, or process automation to improve efficiency
Experienced in working with finance, legal, and product, and operational teams to achieve business goals
