Job Description:

We are in the search for a Tax Director/Manager - Corporate to become an integral part of our team. This role will be located in Houston, Texas. The primary function of this role is to handle various tax-related tasks, and the successful individual will be familiar with a range of software tools including Adobe Acrobat, ATX Tax Software, CCH ProSystem Fx, CCH Sales Tax, and Compliance software.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and oversee corporate tax compliance and documentation
  • Conduct annual tax provisions and auditing
  • Utilize ATX Tax Software for the completion of various accounting functions
  • Employ Adobe Acrobat for document control and management
  • Use CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales Tax for tax-related tasks
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations using Compliance software
  • Oversee the preparation and filing of the annual income tax provision
  • Regularly review and update processes to ensure compliance with current tax laws
