Our client is a global leader within the energy sphere, with a significant in-house legal team and a highly regarded Tax department. We have been mandated by our client to find a Saudi-qualified Tax Counsel. As the organisation’s in-house tax team is busier than ever, and due to the company’s exponential growth, the team is now seeking a Saudi Arabian-qualified tax Attorney.

Job Responsibility

  • Providing extensive support and strategic legal counsel to internal stakeholders
  • Analysis, opinion preparation, tax-efficient project structuring
  • Management team consultation on complex legal and tax matters

  • Saudi-qualified Tax Counsel
  • Minimum of three year’s experience from in-house or private practice
