Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous Tax Coordinator to join a financial services organization in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will help keep tax filings, payments, and supporting records accurate, timely, and well organized while providing dependable administrative support to the broader tax function. This opportunity is well suited for someone who can manage multiple priorities, protect sensitive information, and communicate effectively across teams.

Job Responsibility

  • File and process tax extensions, returns, and payments
  • Maintain and organize all tax documentation
  • Provide tax documents on request
  • Request annual PFIC statements
  • Update the intranet master database
  • Onboard new entities (KYC, bank accounts)
  • Create structure charts
  • Support the Tax team

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a tax, accounting, or related clerical support role
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, taxation, finance, or a closely related field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage detailed work with a high level of accuracy and organization
  • Strong capability to handle multiple assignments and meet firm deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort working with financial or accounting systems such as QuickBooks
  • Working knowledge of income tax accounting along with experience supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, or invoice processing activities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the judgment to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds in a business setting

  • Assists ADP Tax Services in responding to all tax notices and governmental correspondence. This will include, but is not limited to, tax overpayments and/or refunds, as well as penalty and interest claims

  • Resolve payroll tax inquiries/issues for employees
