Tax Attorney

Beacon Hill Legal’s client, a midsize law firm in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a partner-level tax attorney, admitted to the NY bar, for a temp-to-perm position. This role requires a commute onsite daily to the firm’s Midtown Manhattan office. The ideal candidate will bring at least ten years of experience advising middle-market companies and high net worth individuals on a broad range of tax and corporate matters. Expertise in areas such as corporate tax, international tax, partnership tax, tax litigation, real estate transactions, state and local tax, individual income tax, estate planning, and tax-exempt organizations is highly valued. Candidates should demonstrate a strong working knowledge or prior hands-on experience in these areas.
