Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and review a variety of tax returns, including Forms 1065, 1120, 1120S, and 1040
  • Support client engagements by applying strong technical tax and accounting knowledge
  • Assist in tax planning, strategy, and consultation for real estate-focused clients
  • Collaborate with senior team members and participate in Retail, Franchise, and Hospitality-related compliance and advisory work
  • Engage in firm-wide learning opportunities, including training sessions, mentorship programs, and networking events
  • Work directly with Senior Leadership to grow your expertise and build client service experience

Requirements

  • Amenable to work night shift: 8:00PM - 5:00 AM PHT
  • Shifting Schedule (depending on business/client needs)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (CPA track is a plus)
  • 1–2 years of experience in public accounting or a tax-focused role
  • Exposure to preparing business and individual tax returns is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical, technical, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication—both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative mindset and a desire to grow within a supportive, high-performing team
