Job Description

Reporting to our Tax Specialist, you will actively participate in the Group's daily tax management.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in the preparation and review of VAT returns across the various countries where we operate
  • Participate in filing Intrastat declarations for goods (DEB) and services (DES)
  • Support the collection of data from technical teams for the Research Tax Credit (CIR) justification file
  • Help monitor eligible time logs and R&D expenditures
  • Assist in updating the group’s transfer pricing documentation (Master File / Local Files)
  • Conduct international tax research to anticipate legislative changes in our key markets
  • Participate in optimizing internal processes and automating tax reporting within our ERP
  • Assist in the rollout of the French electronic invoicing reform (e-invoicing)

Requirements

  • Master’s student (M1 or M2) in Tax Law, Business School with a tax specialization or preparing for the Bar Exam (CAPA)
  • Solid understanding of VAT mechanisms (ideally regarding EU intra-community flows and exports)
  • High proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • A good level of English is required for daily communication with international partners
  • Rigor, intellectual curiosity, analytical mindset, and a strong ability to work as part of a team
