Our client is a leading company in the logistics and supply chain sector, recognized for delivering efficient and high-quality solutions across its operations and partnerships. They are currently looking for a Tax & Finance professional who is organized, analytical, and proactive. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting tax compliance, financial reporting, and audit processes, while also collaborating with finance and investment teams to provide valuable tax and financial insights for business decision-making.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure tax compliance across multiple entities (VAT, CIT, and local taxes), ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Prepare tax calculations and reconciliations, aligning accounting and tax positions during monthly and annual closes
  • Support tax audits with documentation, explanations, and proactive issue identification
  • Partner with Investment and Development teams on SOCIMI-related transactions (asset/share deals and structuring options)
  • Collaborate with Asset and Property Management teams (CAPEX, OPEX, service charges, PO monitoring), driving efficiency and improvements
  • Assess tax impact of acquisitions, disposals, and projects, identifying risks and opportunities early on
  • Support decision-making by modelling tax implications on returns, cash flows, and deal structures
  • Ensure correct tax treatment of complex transactions in line with business reality

Requirements

  • +5 years of experience in tax roles, including compliance, financial closings, and audits
  • Strong tax knowledge with experience in multi-entity, high-volume environments and full ownership of processes
  • Full professional level of English and native level of Spanish
  • Hands-on approach to complex tax matters, combining execution with business-driven thinking
  • Strong business partnering mindset, working closely with Investment teams to support decisions
  • End-to-end ownership with a pragmatic and collaborative way of working
  • Strong communication and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
