Job Responsibility

Preparation of federal 1120F and state tax returns, along with related extensions and estimated tax payments
Working on preparation and analysis of financial statement and reports for tax return and quarterly income tax provision preparation
Preparation of Forms 5472
Working with the Senior Tax Analyst and Tax Manager in the preparation of income tax provisions and tax return compliance
Compiling tax group information in the preparation of tax workpapers and calculation of book to tax differences which may include written documentation to support filing positions as needed
Assist with restructuring / realignment of businesses as needed as it would impact the tax compliance group filing obligations

Job Responsibility

Prepare and submit sales and use tax filings with accurate payment support to meet all established deadlines
Complete assigned indirect tax returns, including specialized non-income tax filings such as beverage and dairy taxes, in accordance with jurisdictional requirements
Reconcile monthly tax accounts, investigate discrepancies, and take corrective action to resolve outstanding variances
Assist with state and local tax examinations by gathering documentation, analyzing data, and supporting follow-up actions tied to audit outcomes
