Job Responsibility

  • Aggregate and organize data from various sources, including tax and non-tax functions, to support tax reporting, planning and controversy
  • Compile and submit data to tax authorities, including responding to information document requests
  • Track the status of requests and log confirmations of submissions to tax authorities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tax authority requests and submissions
  • Provide support to the tax planning, controversy and tax provision teams on data-related projects and initiatives
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to support the company's tax positions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in corporate tax, with a focus on data aggregation and reporting
  • Working knowledge of financial controlling (consolidation) and reporting including profit and loss, balance sheet and tax reporting, including transfer pricing and international tax
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, including: Excel: advanced data analysis and visualization techniques, including pivot tables, charts, and macros
  • Automation tools: experience with tools like Power BI or other workflow automation software
  • Working knowledge of reporting based on ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud/NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, JD Edwards, other)
