As a Tax Advisor, you will play a key role within the Tax Advisory team, contributing to tailored tax planning and advisory projects while building strong, trusted client relationships. You will work across a broad range of tax areas, applying your technical expertise and analytical thinking while keeping the bigger picture firmly in mind. Job Responsibility:
Delivering bespoke tax advisory projects across personal and business tax
Providing practical, risk‑aware tax advice that protects both client and firm
Working independently or collaboratively on complex tax assignments
Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation and best practice
Building strong, proactive relationships to drive high client satisfaction
Acting in line with company values at all times
Managing client expectations and identifying opportunities to deliver “wow” moments
Balancing client needs with commercial priorities
Contributing to marketing and business development activity
Attending events, building networks, and drafting thought leadership content
Identifying opportunities for cross‑selling and additional services

Requirements:
CTA qualified, or qualified by experience with 3+ years’ tax advisory experience
Corporate Tax experience (preferred)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to see the bigger picture
Proven ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and prioritise effectively
Confident adapting communication style to different situations and stakeholders
Commercially minded with strong business awareness
Client-focused, always acting with integrity
Resilient and comfortable making difficult but correct decisions
Ability to understand impact on others and balance competing priorities
Motivated, proactive, and driven to exceed client expectations
A collaborative team player committed to continuous improvement
