Job Description

As a Tax Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of our tax team. You’ll be responsible for managing client interactions, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth processing of documentation and payments.

Job Responsibility

  • Schedule and manage tax appointments
  • Process client payments and perform payment checks
  • Monitor and manage team inboxes and enquiries
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Create and issue invoices
  • Follow up on outstanding lodgements and unpaid invoices

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
