Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to the tax department, including document preparation, data entry, and filing
Assist with the coordination and tracking of tax documents and deadlines
Communicate with internal staff and external clients to gather or provide information as needed
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for tax team members
Prepare reports and ensure the accuracy of all records in accordance with company policies
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Prior administrative or tax office experience preferred but not required
