Tax Accountant

• Tax Return Preparation & Filing: Handle indirect tax filings (sales/use, property, GST), coordinate with external firms for corporate and expatriate income tax returns, and ensure timely payments
• Tax Research & Updates: Conduct research to support tax positions and stay current with evolving tax laws and regulations
• Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure accurate and timely tax filings across jurisdictions and assist with inquiries and audits from tax authorities
• Advisory & Financial Support: Provide tax guidance on business decisions and assist in budgeting and financial strategy development
• Ensure compliance with K-SOX (Korea Sarbanes-Oxley Act) requirements related to tax processes and internal controls

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent experience
• 2–5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning, especially in indirect tax
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, codes, and forms
• Skilled in accounting software and data analysis
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Able to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting
