Job Responsibility:
Prepare and review partnership tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
Conduct detailed reviews of federal and state tax filings, including apportionment calculations
Apply knowledge of public accounting practices with a specialized focus on tax-related matters
Handle individual tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable laws
Manage corporate tax filings, ensuring proper documentation and compliance
Provide expertise in sales and use tax, addressing any related issues or discrepancies
Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless tax preparation processes and timely submissions
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to provide informed recommendations
Offer insights and support for corporate tax matters and related accounting systems
Assist in optimizing tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize compliance
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax and accounting roles
Proven experience with partnership tax filings and apportionment
Familiarity with federal and state tax regulations and compliance requirements
Background in public accounting with an emphasis on tax
Proficiency in preparing individual, corporate, and sales tax returns
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Nice to have:
