Taubmans Sales Assistant

• Provide outstanding customer service and establish relationships with our customers
• Collaborate with the Store Manager, Store team & Trade team to improve sales potential within the store
• Tinting and mixing paint, pelletizing paint drums, arranging orders for delivery, and colour matching
• Deliveries using the Store vehicle (where applicable)
• Merchandise and replenish stock promptly and ensure it is presented well
• Store housekeeping and following the store’s safety standards
• Manual Handling of paint tins

• Previous retail assistant experience with the desire to provide excellent customer service
• Keen to learn new skills and have an invested interest in building your expertise on our products
• Flexibility to work on a 38-hour roster between the hours of 6:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday shift
• Comfortable with manual handling as part of your normal day (e.g., lifting heavy paint tins, pushing and pulling trolleys, using pallet jacks, standing for long periods, kneeling, loading the ute for paint deliveries, and doing the delivery and unloading on the other side)
• A valid driver's license is essential
