Job Description:

The Tasker Success team helps Taskers achieve their personal tasking goals using Taskrabbit. This includes finding and onboarding Taskers seamlessly, nurturing them, ensuring that they are fully utilised and retained, and coaching them to build satisfaction with the platform. As a Tasker Recruitment Associate for Iberia, you will focus on in particular in the first stage, focusing on critical and low density remote areas. Most of the time is spent recruiting, nurturing and interacting with the Tasker community.

Job Responsibility:

Support the delivery of strategies for acquisition and onboarding
Acquiring, growing and stabilising supply in Tier 2–3 metros and provinces
Hit monthly goals for Tasker acquisition by meeting regularly and cultivating relationships with trade schools, employment agencies, autonomo associations, and universities
Test different ways to encourage acquisition of high quality Taskers
Regularly share results and feedback to inform program improvements
Partner with Fulfilment to align supply coverage, with Ops to surface blockers, and with Marketing to support localised campaign messaging

Requirements:

Remote in the community of Madrid with ability to travel to other regions as required
Native Spanish speaker
Demonstrated experience managing and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams
Communicates persuasively and authentically, with strong sales skills
Excellent relationship management skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality brief documents
Ability to manage core tasks independently and deliver work that meets targets and deadlines
Comfortable operating at a fast pace in an entrepreneurial environment
Strong attention to detail with a knack for prioritisation and establish the scope of projects
Curiosity about how things work, with the ability to anticipate problems or spot areas for improvement

Nice to have:

Portuguese speaking
Familiar with Sigma, Totango, Excel, GSuite
