Job Description

Task Order Project Manager (TOPM) – Key Personnel. Duty Location: DLA Distribution, 430 Mifflin Ave, New Cumberland, PA.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the Project Manager for a large, complex task order or a group of task orders affecting the same system
  • Assist the Program Manager in coordinating with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives
  • Under the guidance of the Program Manager, manage the overall execution of the specific task order(s)
  • Ensure technical solutions and task order schedules are implemented in a timely manner
  • Participate in Site Surveys for future technical refreshes as required
  • Participate in Site Visits and System Testing for Augmentation Outside Vendor Contracts
  • Communicate findings and recommendations from site surveys, site visits, and system testing to the assigned VTC Engineer Point of Contact (POC)

Requirements

  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent)
  • Five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree or four (4) additional years of related experience
  • Requires a minimum of one of the following: AMX Technician (Networked AV) Certification, Completed Crestron CTI Technician Track Certification or. AVIXA CTS certification
  • Tier 5 / SSBI investigation requirement
  • Active Top Secret Clearance Required
