This evergreen Task Force Director of Sales role supports Marriott-branded hotels, providing interim commercial leadership during transitions, openings, or coverage gaps. The role focuses on maintaining sales momentum, managing CI/TY systems, supporting forecasting and reporting, and preserving key account relationships while partnering closely with property and corporate leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Support sales, marketing, and/or revenue functions as assigned
Maintain business pipelines and key account relationships
Partner with property leadership and corporate teams on strategy
Assist with forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis
Support team leadership, coaching, and daily execution
Ensure continuity of commercial efforts during transitions
Requirements:
CI/TY system experience required (Marriott)
Experience in hotel sales, marketing, or revenue leadership
