Job Description

We are looking for a Targeting Officer, to join our intelligence program supporting a key government sponsor in Northern Virginia!

Job Responsibility

  • Review and analyze specialized data for intelligence leads
  • Draft comprehensive targeting packages to support client objectives
  • Engage diverse stakeholders to address requirements and generate new leads for exploitation
  • Conduct detailed searches on items of interest and communicate pertinent data to relevant customer components through various written reports and briefings
  • Leverage customer collection platforms to identify and mitigate intelligence gaps in support of tactical and operational objectives
  • Create, review, and process all-source intelligence, demonstrating the ability to conduct research, analysis, and reporting across all disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, and technical data)

Requirements

  • Twenty (20) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
  • Tradecraft-related work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to research and analyze
  • Proficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer mission
  • Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work
  • Active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
