Job Description

We are seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information. You will maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis and develop comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets. You will identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps and employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets’ communications, network usage, and digital footprints. You will also apply knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions, as well as the targets’ culture, behaviors, and communications technologies while mentoring other analysts on the tools and methodologies used to conduct TDNA.

Requirements

  • Experience in analyzing DNI and DNR information for intelligence reporting
  • Proficiency in conducting sustained target analysis and utilizing advanced analytic techniques
  • Ability to build and maintain target profiles and relevant databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
  • Strong skills in evaluating intelligence to identify gaps and tailor collection efforts
  • Familiarity with open-source data and collection analysis
  • Knowledge of relevant databases and tools for targeting and analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies in intelligence analysis
  • A High School Diploma/GED with 15 years of experience
  • An Associate’s Degree with 13 years of experience
  • A Bachelor’s Degree with 11 years of experience
  • A Master’s Degree with 9 years or experience
  • A PhD with 7 years of experience
  • A degree in a Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable
  • Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
