Planning, directing, and managing the operations and performance of the Taqueria Department in order to achieve and maintain department goals
Training, coaching, and monitoring all team members on their job duties according to company policies and procedures
Ensuring all taqueria products prepared by Chicharroneros, Cooks, Pupusera Preparadora Tamalera, Taqueros, and Cashiers are consistent in quality, appearance, and weight according to company guidelines and standards
Ordering merchandise and controlling inventory to minimize out of stock and overstocks, and as a result maximize sales
Following and monitoring compliance of pertinent health department regulations, food safety, as well as state and local laws
Smiling and greeting all customers while delivering extraordinary customer service and responds to customers’ requests, to meet the goals and objectives of the department
