Job Description

As a Tank Farm / Stillhouse Operative at our Warrington site, you’ll play a key role in helping produce the award-winning spirits behind brands such as Bloom, Opihr and Greenall’s. Reporting to the Stillhouse Team Leader and Liquid Process Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day running of our Tank Farm and Stillhouse operations, ensuring liquid production and supply run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Working to BOM specifications, you’ll operate process and mechanical handling equipment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and quality. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail are essential. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas for continuous improvement and support projects that help shape the future of our operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Operate Tank Farm and Stillhouse equipment in line with production requirements and BOM specifications
  • Support production lines with a liquid supply to ensure operational continuity
  • Operate process equipment and mechanical handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain product quality and hygiene standards across the production environment
  • Follow all Health & Safety procedures and site standards
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene policies and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, processes, and ways of working
  • Participate in improvement projects across the factory and production areas.

Requirements

  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment, ideally food & beverage or FMCG
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A safety-first mindset and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including potential night shifts
  • FLT experience is advantageous, although training can be provided
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support operational improvements.
