Job Description:

As a Tandoor Chef at Kricket, you will take the lead on one of the most important sections of our kitchen. Working with high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques, you’ll cook over fire in our tandoor oven to deliver bold, regional Indian flavours. You’ll work closely with the wider kitchen team to maintain high standards, consistency, and the energy that defines service at Kricket.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience cooking with a tandoor oven, with confidence managing fire, heat, and timing during busy service
  • A passion for regional Indian flavours, spices, and traditional cooking techniques
  • Consistency and attention to detail to ensure high quality and beautifully cooked dishes every time
  • Ability to stay calm and organised during fast-paced service
  • A team player who communicates well with the wider kitchen team
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to learn and develop within the Kricket kitchen
