Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in coordinating the work of the cargo handling team, including scheduling, attendance checks, performance evaluations, and training for new employees within the team
  • Support daily inventory and location checks, consolidation of storage locations, and other routine warehouse tasks to ensure operational targets are met
  • Responsible for reviewing inventory discrepancy data and handling anomalies arising from warehouse operations
  • Assist in maintaining 6S standards in the inbound area
  • Collaborate with the team leader to complete daily tasks, resolve on-site operational issues, and coordinate effectively with other teams

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Chinese (Required)
  • Must be able to commute to Dallas, TX 75056 (Required)
  • Willingness to relocate to Dallas, TX 75056, before starting work (Required)
  • Experience in cross-border e-commerce or physical warehouse management for overseas warehouses
  • Able to work systematically and carry out tasks flexibly and rigorously
  • Possesses strong communication and management abilities, a high sense of responsibility, and team spirit, with the ability to handle work-related pressure
  • Demonstrates a holistic perspective, has experience and skills in team management, and can lead a small yet efficient team
