Job Description:

We’re partnering with a leading entertainment company to find a talented Talent Support Admin to support their remote team. This 7-12 month temporary role offers flexibility for candidates outside the region who excel in administrative support and process coordination.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate interview schedules and assist the Talent team with operational tasks
  • Adhere to standard procedures and workflow processes
  • Strive to meet performance targets related to accuracy, timeliness, and customer service
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned to support ongoing recruitment efforts
  • Maintain organized records and communicate effectively across teams

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve results with minimal supervision
  • Experience with interview scheduling systems is preferred
  • Prior administrative or support experience in talent acquisition is advantageous
