Job Responsibility
Design, coordinate and deliver talent, leadership development and succession programmes and cycles, ensuring they run smoothly and achieve meaningful outcomes
Turn strategy into clear, practical experiences, tools and ways of working that support capability growth and consistency across the organisation
Shape and continuously improve programme content, materials and journeys, making them accessible, engaging and easy to use
Bring in external insight and good practice, using this to enhance approaches and keep the offer relevant and effective
Create a positive experience for colleagues and stakeholders through clear communication, well-managed delivery and responsive support
Facilitate or support sessions, workshops and touchpoints where needed, helping to create engaging and valuable learning experiences
Build and maintain tools, templates and guidance that support high-quality conversations and consistent approaches across HR and the business
Use data, feedback and insight to understand effectiveness, share learning and identify opportunities to improve and evolve
Requirements
Experience, interest and knowledge in areas such as talent, succession, leadership development, early careers and assessment
Strong partnering skills to build effective relationships across the organisation, understand priorities quickly and work collaboratively in a complex environment
Experience supporting or coordinating programmes or cycles, with strong organisation and outcome focus
Comfortable turning ideas or requirements into clear, user-friendly materials or experiences
Manages multiple priorities effectively and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment
Uses data and feedback to understand what is working well and where improvements can be made
