Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in recruiting or talent sourcing, preferably within life sciences, healthcare, or technical disciplines
Strong research and networking skills, with experience using professional platforms and sourcing tools
Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills

Job Responsibility

Developing and executing sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
Using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and talent databases, to proactively approach potential candidates
Conducting initial candidate outreach, screening, and engagement to assess fit and interest
Partnering with Recruiters and HR Business Partners to understand role requirements and market dynamics
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date talent pipelines and sourcing activity records in applicant tracking systems
Contributing market insights and sourcing best practices to hiring teams and the wider Talent Acquisition function

Demonstrates knowledge of roles within ICON and the ability to communicate these effectively with external candidates
Previous experience recruiting passive candidates in highly competitive markets in the United States and Canada required
Proven ability to identify suitable candidates and match them to open positions in the USA and Canada
Has knowledge of recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems and external job websites
