The UNMH Talent Acquisition team is seeking a skilled Sourcer with expertise in identifying and engaging highly qualified candidates for hard‑to‑fill healthcare positions. The ideal candidate will have experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and developing robust talent pipelines to support recruitment efforts for New Mexico’s only Level 1 Trauma Center. Prior recruiting experience is preferred, and this role may assist the Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Partners at in‑person recruitment events. Experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred but not required.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver all facets of talent acquisition success
Develop local and national recruiting plans
Applicant qualifying
Driving the recruiting process
Offers and on-boarding of new hires
Collaborate with hiring managers on strategy and implementation
Ensure adherence to Hospitals and departmental policies and procedures
Ensure properly qualified employees are recruited and hired
Communicate policies and benefits
Participate in orientation as needed
Develop recruiting strategies
Employ passive search techniques
Review minimum qualification standards
Conduct initial screenings
Assist in preparation of job fairs, college recruitment drives, and special employment events
Establish and maintain rapport with community agencies and academic institutions
Assist in conducting reference checks
Assist in preparing and proof-reading advertisements
Evaluate trends in recruitment and the job market
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Enhance professional growth and development
Ensure recruiting practices that promote customer satisfaction
Ensure all appropriate reference and background checks are completed
Participate in providing recruiting services to departments
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Related Discipline
2 years directly related experience
Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Experience with CRM tools
Experience developing robust talent pipelines
Prior recruiting experience preferred
Experience in healthcare recruitment preferred but not required
