We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcing Specialist with 6 months to 3 years of experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and attracting talent across multiple functions, while supporting recruiters and hiring stakeholders through pipeline development and delivering a positive candidate experience.
Job Responsibility
Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, talent databases, and networking channels
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Screen candidates to assess baseline qualifications and alignment with role requirements
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and talent availability
Conduct market research to identify talent trends, competitor insights, and sourcing challenges
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Initiate early-stage conversations with candidates to assess interest and suitability
Engage passive candidates and represent the employer brand effectively
Support hiring events, digital campaigns, and sourcing initiatives when required
Requirements
6 months to 3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment
Exposure to international recruitment environments
Experience sourcing for technical, digital, commercial, or corporate functions
Background in multinational or high-volume hiring environments is valued
Familiarity with creative sourcing techniques and talent mapping approaches
Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and social sourcing tools
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR platforms
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Ability to identify, engage, and attract passive talent
Good understanding of the talent market within Egypt and/or the Middle East
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requirements simultaneously
